Configuration Scheme
● General speed of this type of equipment: horizontal 210m/min; acceleration 1.2-1.5m/s²; vertical 60m/min; acceleration 1.0m/s²; fork 40m/min²; acceleration 1.0m/s²;
● Since the glass industry has extremely high requirements for the caching speed of finished glass, a one-track three-car system is used. This system requires three stackers to run at high speed in the same lane, which has extremely high control requirements.
● This type of product is a niche demand product, but there is no competitor in China at this stage.
Project Highlights
● The customer previously used imported equipment from Italy, which had a long delivery period and performance parameters that did not meet the customer's extreme efficiency requirements.
● Six sets of equipment have now been delivered to the customer for two projects in Meishan, Sichuan and Xuzhou, Jiangsu. After operation, it can fully meet the customer's needs. The performance can completely exceed that of Italian products.
