Project Highlights
● The customer's cargo is heavy and the output is high. The finished products have always occupied a large area for storage. After this storage system was put into operation, a large amount of storage land was saved.
● Since the weight of a single roll of cargo reached 20 tons, the ordinary manual transfer system was very difficult and less safe. After the system was completed, all manual participation except for the hoisting area was cancelled, which saved manpower and costs while greatly improving the safety of transfer.
● Compared with the customer's original system, the access efficiency was increased by about 200%.
● Under the condition of high requirements for load, height, speed and acceleration, the 690V power system was adopted, and the project finally fully met and partially exceeded the customer's design needs.
