Project Highlights
● The customer's goods are heavy and the output is high, and the finished products have always occupied a large space for storage. After this warehousing system was put into operation, a large amount of storage space was saved.
● As the weight of a single roll of cargo reaches 30 tons, the ordinary manual transfer system is very difficult and has poor safety. After the system is completed, all manual participation except the loading area has been eliminated, saving manpower and costs while greatly improving the safety of transfer.
● Compared with the customer's original system, the access efficiency has increased by about 320%.
● In the case of high requirements for load, height, speed, and acceleration, the 690V power system is adopted, and the project finally fully meets and partially exceeds the customer's design requirements.
