    Operation Mode

    Maintenance mode

    Switches are used to control the horizontal and vertical movement of the stacker and the telescopic movement of the fork. At this time, the horizontal operation and lifting operation are in an instant stop mode (similar to jog), which is used for maintenance, debugging and fault status. In maintenance mode, safety interlocks and safety limits can be selectively shielded on the touch screen.

    Manual Mode

    The touch screen is used to control the horizontal and vertical movement of the stacker and the telescopic movement of the fork. At this time, the travel operation and lifting operation can be automatically stopped according to the presence or absence of goods. When storing goods, it is completed in a linked sequence (the same as automatic) for people to manually store and retrieve goods with the vehicle. In manual mode, safety interlocks and safety restrictions are still effective.

    Automatic mode

    The operator can easily set the designated storage location operations of inbound/outbound/inventory through the touch keys of the electric control cabinet operation panel, and multiple tasks can be set at one time. The stacker will continuously perform the pick-up and delivery operations, and automatically return to the original position to wait after completing all the tasks.

    Online Mode

    The operation command issued by the computer management and monitoring system is sent to the stacker through the communication device. After receiving the command, the stacker automatically completes the operation and waits for the next operation command on the spot. The PLC of the stacker promptly returns the operation status of the stacker to the upper control system through the communication device, and the upper control system displays the operation status of each device in real time. When the operation instructions are input in batches and confirmed to be executed, the stacker control system will continuously execute each instruction to complete the in/out operation.
