    Operation Mode

    Maintenance mode

    The horizontal movement of the stacker is controlled by switches. At this time, the horizontal operation state is the instant stop mode (similar to jog), which is used for maintenance, debugging and fault status. In maintenance mode, the safety interlock and safety limit can be selectively shielded on the touch screen.

    Manual Mode

    The horizontal movement of RGV is controlled by touch screen. The travel operation can be automatically stopped at this time. In manual mode, the safety interlock and safety limit are still effective.

    Online Mode

    The operation command issued by the computer management and monitoring system is sent to the RGV via the communication device. After receiving the command, the RGV automatically completes the operation and waits for the next operation command at the same place. The PLC of the RGV promptly returns the operation status of the stacker to the upper control system through the communication device, and the upper control system displays the operation status of each device in real time.
