Project Highlights
● The efficiency of the customer's original storage system was far from meeting the beat requirements, and the height was only 20 meters, which did not meet the requirements for both storage capacity and beat. The new project was designed as a 33-meter-high single-deep stacker. The site utilization rate and beat exceeded the customer's actual requirements by about 10%, which greatly alleviated the customer's pain points.
● The customer's original storage system was unstable, the stacker shaking problem was not solved, the failure rate was too high, and the conveying system design was unreasonable. The new solution completely solved such unstable factors and provided great help to the customer's production.
