WCS Software Description:
WCS stands for Warehouse Control System. It is a management and control system positioned between WMS and PLC, used for coordinating various logistics equipment such as conveyors, stacker cranes, shuttle cars, robots, and automated guided vehicles. It ensures that the underlying equipment fully executes the predefined warehouse system processes, serving as the core system for the normal operation of the entire logistics and warehousing system.

Task management, equipment scheduling, equipment monitoring, logistics monitoring, fault indication, and operation records.

● The WCS system supports multiple connection methods, including API, Webservice, and databases; supports mainstream industrial protocols, such as Siemens S7, Mitsubishi MC, Modbus, OPC DA, OPC UA, and seamlessly connects with underlying equipment;
● Developed based on the CMS digital platform, WCS enables rapid construction of business threads, alarm threads, and others without coding.
● Thread execution can be queried, supporting rapid location and traceability of abnormalities.
